The Shepherd's Hands board members Faye Adam, Trey Roberts, Tony Palmer and Ken Dulaney were available to present Carolyn with the award as a show of gratitude for over eight years of tireless service to women and children at risk in North Mississippi.  Carolyn served in many positions on the board including Secretary, and has been a key part of the organization.  Without her help much would have been left undone.  "We hate to see her leave the board and it will be very hard to find someone with as much dedication and love for others as Carolyn," said Ken Dulaney, current President of The Shepherd's Hands.

Carolyn Moss sets the standard in caring, loving, working for others, and honoring God with her work.  We hope that her future endeavors are blessed and fruitful.  THANK YOU CAROLYN for all that you have done and continue to do!

Thank you to Summer Smith, Chelsea Yarbrough, Faye Adam, Jeff Chambers, Tony Palmer, and Trey Roberts for helping to show appreciation for a great lady.  (The board chipped in to get Carolyn's gift so no monies donated to The Shepherd's Hands for women and children were used.)

TSH Funds Major Project For Tupelo Children's Mansion

The Shepherd's Hands is proud to report the funding of a major educational effort for the children at one of North Mississippi's most prominent children's homes, The Tupelo Children's Mansion.

Early in the month of July, we were made aware of TCM's "Christmas in July" fundraising drive.  As a result, the subject of educational programs came up.  TCM is facing a large student population in the coming school year.  As one can imagine, the more children they have, the more time is limited per student.

The TCM staff and leadership developed a plan to make sure that every child gets the most out of the upcoming school year.  Of course, any plan has to a cost associated with it.

Because of YOUR generosity and support for past fundraisers like The Shepherd's Hands Annual Golf Tournament, we were able to fully fund the largest part of this project.  Keep in mind, our board is made up of volunteers.  All the money you donate goes directly to support women and children at risk in our area.

A check for $1365.00 was presented to Brother Noe and Brother Laughlin from TCM.  They expressed the thanks of the children and staff at Tupelo Children's Mansion and want you all to know that you are making a big difference in the lives of many children.

Please remember to support The Shepherd's Hands 11th Annual Charity Golf Tournament.
